Electicty is charged per kw used. Every site is equipped with a meter to accurately keep track of electricity used. No hidden markups we charge the same as the electric company.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No refunds due to weather-related cancellations or early departures

• No-Shows if you do not arrive the day of reservation your site reservation will be cancelled and no refunds issued. 

• 7 days or more notice 

Nightly - Full refund minus a $20 administrative fee 

      Weekly & Monthly - Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee

• Check-in/Check-out: 

Check-in is at 2:00PM; 

Check-out is at 11:00AM. Late departures may result in an additional fee.
